സംസ്ഥാന സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ സ്ഥാപനമായ നോര്‍ക്ക റൂട്ട്സും ജര്‍മ്മന്‍ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ഏജന്‍സിയായ ജര്‍മ്മന്‍ ഏജന്‍സി ഫോര്‍ ഇന്റര്‍നാഷണല്‍ ഹെല്‍ത്ത് കെയര്‍ പ്രൊഫഷണല്‍സ് (DeFaDeutsche Fachkraefteagentur fuer Gesundheits und Pflegeberufe) യും തമ്മിലാണ് ധാരണാപത്രം. നോര്‍ക്ക റൂട്ട്സിനു വേണ്ടി ചീഫ് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ഓഫീസര്‍ അജിത് കോളശ്ശേരിയും DeFaയ്ക്കു വേണ്ടി ചീഫ് ലീഗല്‍ ഓഫീസര്‍ ആനിയ എലിസബത്ത് വീസനുമാണ് (Anja Elisabeth Wiesen) ധാരണാപത്രം കൈമാറിയത്. ഇന്ത്യയില്‍ നിന്നുളള നഴ്സുമാര്‍ ഉയര്‍ന്ന തൊഴില്‍ വൈദഗ്ധ്യം പുലര്‍ത്തുന്നവരാണെന്നും കൂടുതല്‍ പേരെ റിക്രൂട്ട് ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് അതിയായ സന്തോഷമുണ്ടെന്നും ചടങ്ങില്‍ ആനിയ എലിസബത്ത് വീസണ്‍ പറഞ്ഞു.

ആദ്യഘട്ടത്തില്‍ 250 നഴ്സുമാരെ റിക്രൂട്ട് ചെയ്യാനാണ് തീരുമാനം. തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെടുന്നവരില്‍ ജര്‍മ്മന്‍ ഭാഷാ യോഗ്യതയായ ബി~ടു വരെയുളള പരിശീലനം സൗജന്യമായി ലഭ്യമാക്കും. ഇതോടൊപ്പം നഴ്സിംങ് സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കേഷന്‍ പരിശീലനവും നല്‍കും. ഇത് ജര്‍മ്മനിയിലെത്തിയ ശേഷമുളള തൊഴില്‍ സുരക്ഷിതത്വത്തിന് സഹായകരമാകും.

തിരുവനന്തപുരം നോര്‍ക്ക സെന്ററില്‍ നടന്ന ചടങ്ങില്‍ ഉലഎമ ഇന്ത്യ & സൗത്ത് ഈസ്ററ് ഏഷ്യ ഡയറക്ടര്‍ അനൂപ് അച്യുതന്‍, ഉലഎമ പ്രതിനിധികളായ ലുവാന ക്രാമര്‍, എഡ്ന മുലിറോ, ബിന്ദു പ്രശാന്ത്, സന്ധ്യ എന്നിവരും നോര്‍ക്ക റൂട്ടസ് റിക്രൂട്ട്മെന്റ് മാനേജര്‍ പ്രകാശ് പി ജോസഫ്, അസിസ്ററന്റ് മാനേജര്‍ സാനു കുമാര്‍ എസ്, റിക്രൂട്ട്മെന്റ് വിഭാഗം പ്രതിനിധികള്‍ എന്നിവര്‍ സംബന്ധിച്ചു.

നിലവില്‍ ജര്‍മ്മനിയിലേയ്ക്കുളള നോര്‍ക്ക റൂട്ട്സ് ട്രിപ്പിള്‍ വിന്‍, ട്രിപ്പിള്‍ വിന്‍ ട്രെയിനി, ജര്‍മന്‍ സര്‍ക്കാറിന്റെ "ഹാന്‍ഡ് ഇന്‍ ഹാന്‍ഡ്" ഫോര്‍ ഇന്റര്‍നാഷണല്‍ ടാലന്റ്സ് (HiH) പ്രോഗ്രാമിന്റെ ഭാഗമായുളള റിക്രൂട്ട്മെന്റുകള്‍ക്ക് പുറമേയാണ് DeFa യുമായുളള ധാരണ.
